Warranty Visits
As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the year warranty
period, we have two warranty visit timelines (30 day and 11 month).
The goal of these timelines is to ensure all of your warranty needs are appropriately
addressed while at the same time providing you with the comfort of knowing
that Hall Quality Homes will be there for you both before and after closing.
At your Customer Orientation, you will receive the 30 Day and 11 Month Warranty blank forms. When you reach 30 days in your new home, simply fill out the 30 Day Warranty Form and return it to our office. Do the same process when you reach 11 months in your home, with the 11 Month Warranty Form. Our office will contact you to schedule a time for our Warranty Technician(s) to take care of warrantied items.
Please note: These are recommended timelines. In the event you encounter a situation that needs immediate attention, please do not wait until these timelines are met. In an emergency situation, please contact our office or the appropriate trade partner as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether it is an emergency, please always feel free to call our office. We'll be happy to discuss the matter to determine the necessary action.
