Tyson Kroon and Hall Quality Homes staff were amazing during such a huge process in our lives as buying our first home. They made what we thought was going to be a difficult process easy. We both work at a remote site in Alaska, which also made it a little more difficult. Vickie was always available to answer our calls no matter the time of day or night was, she truly went out of her way to help us out. After we had chosen the house, we ran into some delays with the bank, which took some time to straighten out! But during this time period Tyson and Halls Quality Homes staff reserved the house for us making sure we got the home we wanted. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Vickie Hudson on building a new home in Palmer, Alaska. Vickie and the Hall Quality Homes staff were professional and friendly. Vickie was instrumental on helping us through the process of modifying home plans to suit our needs. She always provided feedback that ranged from cabinets to flooring to lighting and closet organizing. We appreciated her experience and honest opinion on what worked for other people and things that did not work so well. She provided a sense of calm during what could have been a very stressful time. I love my new home and have shown our home to several other potential buyers. As we travel to other states looking for a second home, we always compare the quality of our home to others. We have yet to find the attention to detail Hall Quality Homes put into our home, such as the finish work. We hope one day to work with Vickie again and will continue to recommend her to our friends and acquaintances.
