Preparing for the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes

Mark your calendars because it’s time for the 2026 MSHBA Fall Parade of Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the latest in homebuilding, design, and local trends. Beautifully crafted homes across the Mat-Su Valley will be open to the public – including two of our outstanding homes – giving you a great opportunity to see why we’re one of the respected builders in this part of Alaska.

The Mat-Su Home Builders Association (MSHBA) is the host of this annual event. The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes takes place September 19-20, 2026, from 11 am to 5 pm each day. This self-guided tour gives you the opportunity to explore 15 homes spread out between Palmer and Wasilla. With a wide range of homes part of the parade, you’ll have a great selection to tour and help you gain ideas and inspiration.

Our first home on the Parade is our Kenai floor plan in the Crystal Forest community. Located at 1641 S Rushing Stream Cir, Wasilla, this is a picturesque, two-story home with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a five-car garage that includes an RV bay, and 1,947 square feet. Right from the covered front porch, this home offers comfort and style. Inside, you’ll find a spacious family room with an electric fireplace, a home office, a generous kitchen with quartz counters and a walk-in pantry, a laundry room upstairs for added convenience, a vaulted ceiling in the primary suite, not to mention the free-standing soaker tub and tiled shower in the ensuite. Plus, it’s eligible for a $10,000 Energy Rebate!

Our other home on the Parade is our Kachemak floor plan. Located on a bluff lot at 7726 E. Obsidian Loop in the Stone Creek community in Wasilla, this sprawling single-story home features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a three-car garage, and 2,032 square feet. The open-plan layout includes a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and spacious kitchen with a walk-in pantry, all beneath a vaulted ceiling, as well as a wall of south-facing, triple-paned windows for a stunning view and plenty of natural light. A vaulted ceiling primary bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, a den, and a laundry room are just some of the other standout-features of this home.

If you’re considering the purchase of a new home soon, the 2026 MSHBA Fall Parade of Homes is a wonderful opportunity to explore the kinds of homes available in the Mat-Su Valley. We invite you to visit our homes and to get in touch to learn more about our own wide range of beautiful, quality-built, energy efficient homes built for the Alaskan environment and your comfort.
